Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. plain flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell (deep dish)
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In top\tof
    double
    boiler
    put
    sugar, salt, cocoa and flour. Add
    milk\tand
    egg
    yolks.
    Cook over hot water until thick. Add butter and vanilla.
    Let cool and put in pie shell (baked). Whip
    egg
    whites by hand until stiff.
    Add sugar, a little at a time.
    Put\ton top of pie.\tBake until browned at 350\u00b0.
