Chicken Almond Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, cooked, cooled chicken
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and cooled
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 large tomatoes
    lettuce leaves
    5 slices lean bacon, cooked, crumbled and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped, slivered almonds, toasted lightly
Preparation
    Combine first
    7
    ingredients.
    Cut the tomatoes into 6 wedges, but not all
    the way through.
    Spread wedges apart and sprinkle insides with small amount of salt.
    Place each tomato on lettuce leaves
    and spoon in the chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle top with crumbled
    bacon
    and
    almonds.
    Cover and chill well. Serve with your favorite crackers.
    Serves 2.
