Rigatoni With Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 green peppers, cut in large strips
    2 onions, cut in large sections
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice
    pinch of red pepper
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. water
    1 lb. rigatoni
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Remove and brown garlic, onions and green peppers.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add to rest of ingredients and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Cook rigatoni as instructed on package.
    Serve sauce over rigatoni and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6.
