Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 cooked chicken breasts or equivalent amount of turkey breast
    12 flour or 14 corn tortillas, cut in strips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. green chili salsa
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken
    or
    turkey
    in
    bite
    size pieces and cook until done.
    Cool.
    Mix soups, onion, milk and salsa together. Place 1/2 of
    tortillas
    on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 1/2
    of meat and 1/2 of sauce and cheese.
    Repeat layers; cover with remaining
    cheese.
    Bake
    at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Best if made the night before.
