Country Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 c. celery slices
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Hellmann's light salad dressing
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Preparation
    Place rice in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish; cover with combined vegetables and seasonings.
    Combine soup and salad dressing; mix well.
    Gradually add water to soup mixture; mix well until blended.
    Pour half soup mix over veggies; top with chicken and cover with remaining soup mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken and rice are tender.
