Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
    3 grated or chopped carrots
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    In saucepan, put water and bouillon and bring to a boil.
    Then add celery and onion and cook for 20 minutes.
    Then add potatoes, carrots and any other vegetables you have on hand.
    Cook slowly until vegetables are done.
    Then add cheese and soup.
    Heat and serve.
