Gazpacho Spanish Cold Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 pepper
    1 onion
    6 large tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tray ice cubes
Preparation
    Chop cucumber, pepper and onion in blender.
    Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Place in individual bowls.
    Add one ice cube.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with crackers or Italian bread.
