Lamb Or Veal Shanks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. black coffee, brewed
1/2 c. bourbon or rye
2 large lamb shanks or chops
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Preparation

Pour over shanks and cook at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours in covered baking pan.
