Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag grated red cabbage
    1 (10 oz.) bag grated carrots
    3 Tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. honey mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place grated cabbage and carrots in a large container with a tight fitting lid.
    In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Slowly add the oil, using a whisk to blend well.
    Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly. Chill.
