Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 qt. milk
    splash of vanilla
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil, then simmer 1 hour.
    Stir every 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes a very large batch.
