Cheddar Corn Meal Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (6 oz.) coarsely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In food processor, blend cheese and butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Process until dough forms a ball.
Divide dough in half; shape each into 1 1/2-inch roll.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
