Farmers Hardy Breakfast(Sausage Gravy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. mild pork sausage
3 Tbsp. all-purpose plain flour
2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Break up sausage and brown well.
Remove all but 3 tablespoons fat.
Add to sausage mixture the flour.
Brown flour medium brown; add milk.
Stir constantly.
Boil until thick.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over biscuits.
