Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix egg, sugar and oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in finely chopped apples and nuts.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan.
Makes 10 to 15 servings.
