Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 or 3 medium onions
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Shred potatoes, cheese and onions.
    Melt butter.
    Mix all ingredients and pour in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
