Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 potatoes (diced)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick of butter
    1 can Carnation Cream
    1 qt. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    pinch of Parsley flakes
    pinch Thyme
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots.
    Drain. Mix all ingredients together.
    Simmer on medium heat until it starts to boil. Turn heat down and simmer 2 minutes or until thick in texture.
    Serve hot.
