Shrimp Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 rib celery
    1 cucumber (medium)
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion
    3 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Combine soup and cheese and cook on simmer until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
    Pour this mixture while hot over gelatine which has been dissolved in cold water.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Grind together celery, cucumber, green pepper and onion.
    Add to mixture with shrimp.
    Pour into mold and let chill.
    Serves 8 to 10.
