Uncooked Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 plum tomatoes (1 lb.)
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. loosely packed basil, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 to 10 oz. pasta, linguine or spaghetti
    Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes as small as possible.
    In bowl, put tomatoes, then add all ingredients and toss well.
    Let it marinade at least 2 hours at room temperature.
    If it has been chilled, remove at least 2 hours before using.
    Mix with cooked pasta.
