Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg yolks
    juice of rind of 1 lemon (1/2 c. juice)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together; add water.
    Follow with beaten egg yolks, lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
    Cook over boiling water, stirring until thick.
    Cool and add to baked pie crust.
