Lemon Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. shredded lemon peel
Preparation

Combine cake mix, oil, nectar and eggs.
Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (35 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan).
Prick top of cake with fork.
Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour over hot cake.
Sprinkle top with lemon peel.
