Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. chopped, raw apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Mix well. Add sugar and flour.
    Mix and add apples, cinnamon and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake in oiled tube pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
