Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. coconut flavor
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and Crisco until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in flour and milk alternately, until both are mixed in.
    Stir in flavor.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cake should be baked in 10-cup greased and floured tube pan.
