Mom'S Meat Ball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions plus 4 onions, quartered (divided)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    8 tsp. flour, divided (about)
    vegetable oil
    3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 carrots, halved
    4 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make meat balls by mixing together well ground beef, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, green peppers, cornmeal, salt, chili powder, dry mustard, milk and egg.
    Roll into balls and roll in 4 tablespoons flour; then brown in oil in large skillet.
