Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (drain it well)
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat the sugar, oil and eggs with a mixer.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in the carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts. Also add vanilla.
Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or glass dish (I use a Bundt pan) at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Frost with cream cheese frosting, Cool Whip or whatever you like.
