Dutch Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 to 3 apples
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients (flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, salt and margarine) until crumb consistency.
    Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumbs.
    To the remainder, add egg, buttermilk and soda.
    Spread in a greased pan.
    Slice 2 to 3 apples on the top and spread with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
