Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/2 c. coarsely broken nuts
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool.
Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pecan halves if desired.
