Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 squirt prepared mustard or 1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. low-fat or fat-free sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation

Heat margarine over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, mustard and salt. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
