Strawberry Whip(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 envelopes diabetic strawberry gelatin
    1 1/4 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    Wash and hull strawberries.
    Into an electric blender, pour hot water, dry gelatin and 1 cup of the strawberries.
    Cover; blend 30 seconds.
    Add crushed ice; blend 20 seconds longer.
    Add remaining strawberries.
    Blend about 3 seconds.
    Pour into chilled serving bowl.
    Chil 1 hour or until partially set.
    Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with mint, if desired.
