Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen), without syrup
Preparation
    Bring vinegar to a boil in non-aluminum saucepan.
    Place raspberries in clean, hot 16 ounce jar.
    Pour vinegar over berries in jar.
    Cover and let stand several days at room temperature in cool, dark place.
    If desired, strain into decorative jar and add additional fresh berries.
