Edith'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 small onion
    1/4 green pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    May substitute 1 can of cream of celery or mushroom soup for milk and flour.
