Tater Tot And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef (4 c. cooked beef)
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 large (2 lb.) pkg. Tater Tots (with onion)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add seasoned salt to the beef.
    Drain beef and spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover the beef with Tater Tots.
    Dilute the two cans of soup with only 1 cup of water.
    Pour the mixture over beef and Tater Tots.
    Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
