Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread, crust removed
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. cooked sausage, ham, 6 to 8 crumbled bacon strips or pepperoni
    7 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 7 x 11-inch greased baking dish, place bread and add cheese.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk to egg mixture and pour over bread and cheese.
    Add meat. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in morning at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
