Pam'S Mega Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. okra, sliced
    1 large tomato, cut into chunks
    1 white onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 qt. water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 bag frozen mixed veggies
    2 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    salt and black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Saute first four ingredients in drippings until onion is clear.
    Add Ro-Tel, Worcestershire, water and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer.
    Add mixed veggies and potatoes. In separate skillet, brown meat.
    Drain fat.
    Season generously with salt and black pepper.
    Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    Simmer a few minutes more.
    Add contents of skillet to soup.
    Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
    Great as is or serve with rice.
