Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 chicken thighs
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can (28 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 diced tomatoes
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. flour in 1/4 c. water for thickening
    1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
Preparation
    Heat
    oil
    and\tmargarine
    in a 14-inch Dutch oven. Dry thighs with
    paper
    towels and put in Dutch oven.\tBrown well. Add tomato
    sauce,
    tomatoes,
    juice, basil, oregano, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
    Simmer, covered, 1 hour. Add water and
    flour\tmix and stir into the sauce.
    Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes more.
