Jean'S Mushroom Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut 2/3
    cup of butter into 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1/2 teaspoon
    of
    salt.
    Add
    sour cream and egg.
    Mix thoroughly. Using 1
    teaspoon of dough, press into tiny muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for
    12
    to 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile for filling, saute onions and
    mushrooms in 1/4 cup of butter.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Add heavy
    cream,
    stirring
    constantly,
    until thick. Fill shells. Shells
    can
    be
    baked and frozen or filled with mushroom
    mixture and
    then
    frozen.
    To
    serve frozen filled shells, do not thaw, bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes, then serve.
