Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes
1 onion, finely grated
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. French-fried onion rings
Preparation

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in water until soft (25 to 30 minutes).
Drain potatoes well.
Add onion, milk, butter and cheese.
Mix well with electric mixer.
Add eggs, beat until smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
Place in baking dish, top with onion rings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
