Low-Fat Fudge(First Place) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 oz. jar baby food prunes
    7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 lb. low-fat chocolate *
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in milk and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in chocolate.
    Add prunes, Marshmallow Creme, walnuts and vanilla.
    Pour into pan and chill.
    Cut into 48 pieces when firm.
