Crab Meat Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 egg whites
 
1 c. mayo
1 c. flaked crab meat
fancy cuts of bread
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Beat egg whites until stiff.
 
Mix crab meat, mayo and seasoning together.
Toast cuts of bread on 1 side.
Pile crab meat mixture on untoasted side of bread.
Place under broiler until hot and slightly brown.
