Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked salmon (can be canned or fresh)
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    For a drier loaf, add more bread crumbs.
    Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
