Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 c. prepared chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
Combine all vegetables and add 1/2 can French fried onions.
Skin chicken breasts.
Place vegetables in the bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Top with chicken breasts.
In a small bowl combine wine, bouillon, garlic salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Baste chicken with wine sauce and top with remaining onions.
Bake an additional 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
