Graham Cracker Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
    32 graham crackers, broken
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oleo, sugar and egg yolks together.
    Add milk, walnuts or pecans, vanilla and crackers.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
    Fold into batter with spoon.
    Bake in lined muffin tin for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
