Cheeseburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    fresh garlic to taste
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 c. diced and scrubbed potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef with garlic. Saute carrots, onions, celery, basil and parsley with 2 teaspoons margarine until vegetables are tender. Add potatoes, broth and beef. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. In skillet, melt 2 teaspoons margarine. Add flour. Cook and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Add to soup; bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce to low; add cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until cheese melts. Blend in sour cream. Sprinkle a little cheese on top in individual bowls for color. Enjoy!
