Braciola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced flank or round steak
garlic
parsley
grated cheese
salt and pepper
onion
white wine
strips of meat fat (optional)
Preparation
-
Mince
garlic
and parsley together; add to this grated cheese,
salt
and\tpepper\tto
taste.
On each slice of steak spread mixture.
Add strips of meat fat if desired.
Roll each slice
and\tsecure\twith
toothpicks.
Brown
in
pan.
Add to tomato
sauce and let simmer until sauce is done.
When tomato sauce
is
not being used, add chopped onion and white wine to Braciola; simmer until tender.
