Indian Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken (breast, legs, thighs or combination)
1/3 to 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. oil
2 medium onions, sliced
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. each: paprika and turmeric
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. each: black pepper, ground cardamon and red pepper
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
salt
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook, turning, until golden on all sides.
Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil to drippings, along with garlic and onions.
Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring until golden.
Stir in sugar and spices. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Stir in vinegar and broth.
Add chicken; cover, reduce heat and simmer until meat is cooked through.
Season with salt and taste.
Sprinkle with seeds.
Serve over rice, with plain yogurt on side.
