Hungarian Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. whole natural almonds
Preparation
    In large bowl beat egg whites until frothy.
    Mix in paprika, garlic salt and cayenne pepper; blend thoroughly.
    Add almonds; toss to coat evenly.
    Spread in single layer on lightly oiled baking sheet.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly toasted.
    Loosen from pan and cool. Stor in airtight container.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Very good for the holidays.
