Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour mixture into buttered large casserole dish.
    Dab with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
