Pink Fluff Pie(Yield: 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll refrigerated sliced bake cookies
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    few drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Lightly grease and sugar bottom of sides of pan with cookie slices overlapping slightly to form a scalloped edge (use about 1/2 roll). Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown; cool.
