Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. corn oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine Raisin Bran, sugar, flour and soda in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix only until blended (do not overmix). Store, covered, in refrigerator (4 to 6 weeks).
Fill muffin tin 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
