Cajun Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender and blend to a paste.
    Cover meat, brisket or any other variety and wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Can cook on grill or in oven at 375\u00b0 until done.
