Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 1/2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook potatoes; pare and slice potatoes into pressure pot. Add water and salt. Bring pressure up and turn off heat. Let pressure go down and drain potatoes. Put into 2 quart casserole dish; set aside.
