Lean Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat
    1 onion, sliced
    1 celery stalk
    6 carrots (1 to 2 lb.), chunks
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place meat and vegetables in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Add tomato juice.
    Cover with foil, sealing edges tightly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
